Our focus for this project was to provide practical plan layouts and advise on impactful ways to use renovation finances to achieve the desired design. This resulted in a rentable apartment on the basement level of the house and three floors of living space, including an addition to the top of the building, for the family of five. Spaces throughout included a combination of economical and high quality well-crafted fixtures and finishes.
